Order Processing & Confirmation

We are committed to processing your order quickly and efficiently.

• Order Confirmation Call: Once your order is placed, we will initiate a confirmation call to the phone number provided within 1 business day.

• Order Confirmation: Your order will be officially confirmed after this successful phone call. If we cannot reach you, it may result in a delay or cancellation of the order.

 

Shipping & Handling Time

• Handling Time: Once your order is confirmed via the phone call, we will hand it over to our shipping carrier within 1 business day.

  • Note: Our handling time excludes weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

• Example: If your order is confirmed on Monday, it will be handed to the carrier by the end of Tuesday. If it is confirmed on Friday, it will be handed to the carrier by the end of the following Monday.

 

Delivery Time

We ship to all regions across Morocco.

• Maximum Delivery Time: Once the package is with the carrier, delivery across Morocco is estimated to take a maximum of 3 days.

• Total Estimated Timeframe (Post-Order): In most cases, you can expect to receive your confirmed order within 2-3 business days from the time you placed the order.

 

General Shipping Information

• Tracking: You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
